What Accidental Protection Covers
Coverage is designed for everyday, at-home use and may include eligible accidental damage such as:

Household stains and spills

Human and pet biological stains (standard exclusions apply)

Burns and heat marks
-
Scratches, gouges, and chips
-
Wood breakage and finish damage
-
Liquid marks or rings
Coverage applies to personal residential use only.
Coverage Based on Your Delivery Type
Coverage depends on how your order is delivered:

White Glove Service
If your original order includes White Glove Service, Accidental Protection covers the cost of replacement, subject to plan terms. -
Free Delivery
If your order includes Free Delivery only, Accidental Protection covers replacement parts and shipping costs, subject to plan terms.
What’s Not Covered
To keep expectations clear, Accidental Protection does not cover:

Sofas and upholstered goods

Commercial or non-residential use

Normal wear and tear
-
Intentional damage or misuse

Anything not listed as covered under the plan terms
