Our Guarantee to You

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied, please contact us with any concerns or questions regarding your purchase.


Return Policy Overview

We will accept returns and exchanges of furniture in new and unused, unassembled condition, in original packaging within 30 days of delivery or pickup, with valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Custom and personalized items, and store floor samples may not be returned. Other exclusions and restrictions apply, as stated below.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via phone at (888) 991-5111 or email sales@multimobeds.com. Remember, you will be responsible for any delivery charges associated with returning the item.


Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required to issue an exchange, credit or refund for eligible items. We will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

• Original Receipt (this includes printed store or gift receipt, eReceipt, or electronic order confirmation)

• Packing Slip

• Order Number

We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase.

Purchases made outside the U.S. may only be returned to the purchase location.


Non-Returnable Items

Items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Other restrictions may apply.

• Items without proof of purchase

• Items purchased as final sale

• Items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear

• Special Order/Made to Order Furniture

• Personalized and Monogrammed Products

• Store floor samples

• All custom furniture


Credits and Refunds

We will issue a credit or refund in one of the following ways:

• If approved, a refund will be issued minus any applicable damage and/or restocking fee.

• The item purchase price will be refunded in the original form of payment. 

• Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

• Once we receive your return, your refund will be posted to your credit or debit card account within 7 to 10 business days.


Exchanges and Cancellation

• Exchange of the items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

• For damage claims, remember that all packages are 100% insured. It is essential to submit any damage claims within 4 days of delivery.

• Once an order status shows as "Shipped," it cannot be canceled. 

• Canceled orders will follow the standard return policy.
